WE HAVE RIGHTS
We Have Rights is a multilingual immigrant empowerment campaign created by Brooklyn Defender Services, in partnership with the ACLU and the creative team at Jonah Tobin Productions and Giant Ant. Through animated videos based on real-life scenarios, the campaign offers vital “know your rights” guidance for encounters with ICE—at home, in the street, or in detention. Available in multiple languages, it equips immigrant communities with tools to stay safe, informed, and empowered.
